Staff in our Administrative building are working remotely and are prepared to assist you with your requests via phone and email.
To qualify for a payment arrangement plan, a payment of 50% of the oldest past due bill will be required before a payment plan can be authorized. District staff will review your application and work with you to split out the past due amount owed into equal amounts over the agreed number of months. You will be required to pay future bills by the due date. This agreement cannot be re-negotiated and no additional arrangements can be made on future charges until this agreement has been fulfilled. All payment agreements are enacted and agreed upon in the English language. If you have questions please contact billing at 425-743-4605.
