Alderwood Water & Wastewater District has an obligation to ensure the District’s financial stability by charging customers for water that flows through the customer’s meter. Our amended policy aims to ensure that our customers take water leaks seriously and repair them expeditiously. While the District promotes efficient utilization of water as a valuable resource, the District wants to continue to ease the financial difficulties of a customer that has experienced a leak on their side of the water meter.
