If you are purchasing or selling a home, please notify the District by completing the online buyer/seller property transfer form.
You can also notify us by mail, fax or email using the printed form.
Please include the following information:
If the home you are purchasing does not have water service, please call our billing department at 425-787-0220 to inquire how service can be restored.
If this is a rental property, please do not fill out the property transfer form. Please see the Rental Property page for details about billing.
District allows customers to temporarily suspend the minimum monthly charges
for water and sewer service, if requested by a customer in advance of an
absence (irrigation meters and sewer only accounts are not eligible).
Generally, this is cost effective only if you will be away from the property
longer than one month.
