The Clearview Water Supply Project was created in 1996 through an interlocal agreement among the Alderwood Water & Wastewater District, the Cross Valley Water District, and the Silver Lake Water & Sewer District to help efficiently provide drinking water to Southwest Snohomish County. The CWSA in Snohomish County was officially established upon completion of that initial project, in March 2005.

Today, we continue to be dedicated to serving the growing needs of our community and residents, and to ensure a sustainable and reliable water supply for generations to come.
