Engineering and Development
The Engineering and Development Department provides efficient, customer-oriented planning and engineering services that assist in replacing, improving and expanding water and sewer facilities for the District.
Administration, Technology, & Finance
The Administration, Technology, and Finance Department provides important internal and external services to the District from technical security to fiscal management.
Maintenance and Operations
More than half of the District’s employees work in the Maintenance and Operations Department. We maintain the water distribution system, wastewater collection system, and wastewater treatment plant.
Office of Executive / General Manager
The Office of the Executive is tasked with creating business plans, overseeing day-to-day activities, improving performance, developing organizational culture, supervising heads of departments, and directing organizational strategy.
